Fourteen days, no reason needed
Write to [support address] within fourteen days of your purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not have to tell us why.
Consumers in the European Union
Digital content delivered immediately normally ends the statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins, and the checkout asks you to agree to that. Our own fourteen day policy above applies regardless, so you are no worse off.
Subscriptions
Cancel any time from your billing page. The app keeps exporting until the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not bill you again. We do not refund part of a period that has already run.
What a refund does to your licence
A refunded licence stops entitling export, and every machine on it loses that ability the next time it checks in, usually within a day. Your projects and finished videos are plain files and are not touched.
