What the app sends us
Your briefs, source material, scenes, narration and videos stay on your machine. The app contacts this site for one reason: to check that the copy running is licensed. That request carries a machine name, the operating system, the app version and an identifier for the installation, so that we can enforce the two-machine limit and so you can see your own machines in your account.
What the site stores
Your name and email address, the licences you hold, the machines you activated and the team you belong to. Payment details are never seen by us: Stripe process the payment and hold the card data.
Who else is involved
Stripe for payment and tax, as merchant of record. [Hosting provider] for running this site. [Email provider] for sending account email. Anthropic and ElevenLabs are contacted by the app with your own credentials and never through us.
Your rights
You can see and correct your details in your account, and ask us to delete them at [support address]. Under the General Data Protection Regulation you may also request a copy of what we hold, object to processing, or complain to a supervisory authority.
How long we keep it
Account and licence records for as long as the licence exists, and afterwards for the period German commercial and tax law requires. Machine records are deleted when you remove the machine.
