Questions people actually ask
- What happens when my update year runs out?
- Nothing, on the machine you are using. Every build released inside your year keeps working forever. Renewing moves you onto newer builds again.
- And if I cancel the monthly plan?
- The app stops exporting at the end of the period you paid for. Your projects are plain files and stay exactly where they are.
- Do I pay for rendering or narration?
- Not to us. Rendering happens on your machine, and narration is billed to your own ElevenLabs account. The agent runs on your own Anthropic key or your Claude Code login.
- Can I move a licence to a new laptop?
- Yes. Remove the old machine in your account and activate the new one. Two machines per person at any time.
- Who do I buy from?
- Stripe, through their Managed Payments service. Your card statement reads LINK.COM, they handle VAT and sales tax in more than 80 countries, and your invoice comes from them.
- Can I get a refund?
- Within 14 days, for any reason. Write to us and we will return the payment.
